I took both primrose oil and gentle birth formula with my DD- I had such a fast labor I am going to start taking both again. I heard Dr Christpher birth prep is similar to Gentle Birth Formula and it is cheaper but I am just going to stay w GBF.

i have honestly never taken anything like that but i always suggest it to my clients/friends.

I will not be. My MW told me that there has been no study to prove that any of these drinks/tonics/teas/supplements aid in labour/delivery & she thinks they are just the latest to jump on the baby-making market. So she said if I wanted to, I could, but she does not endorse taking anything & said I should trust that my body knows what to do without aid.

So I'm going to save my money & not buy anything special....because shipping to me in Canada is absurd. LOL

I'm taking Dr Christophers birth prep, and will probably start EPO this week. My MW also said that she is nutral on whether or not people take it.
