Question All of this baby food.......

What shall I do with it? I have soooooo much baby food left from my son (he wouldn't do baby food), but what can I make with it? It's the stage 2 foods, applesauce, pears, peas, greenbeans, squash only fruit and veggie since we only eat fish I have given away all of the meat that I had. I have WIC, so if you know about WIC then you know about much food I have. Now I use the bananas for my banana bread . I know I could use some of it for something, but don't know for what. The food is good until like July 2012. I am a teacher so I will have plenty of time in the summer to try new things.

TIA!

carrots go Great in spaghetti sauce Pulls the Tangy acid taste out without adding any sugar... as for the Rest of them They can be added to ANY soup stew or Sauce that you want to add veggies to without the texture (I do it all the time to get my kids to eat veggies) they Never have a Clue... Also adding the sweeter Veg Like Squash carrots to Breads work well

I used them to sneak extra fruits/veggies to my other kids. Hid them in spaghetti sauce, yellow/orange ones in mac and cheese. The fruity ones (or even sweet potato) I used to make oatmeal and french toast for them for breakfast. I also tried various other recipes from Deceptively Delicious and just used the baby food jars instead of making my own purees. My library had the book.

You could mix the fruit ones into yogurt or cottage cheese!

Fruit ones make a good substitute for some of the oil in baked goods.
