Anyone have a great recipe for Pork Chops?

I have some center cut Boneless chops I got on sale (3 of them) and I need to cook them tomorrow. I can do stovetop, crockpot, or oven, but we don't have a grill. I usually use Shake N Bake but they tend to be dry because I overcook them. My meat thermometer doesn't say they are done until they are well beyond something yummy. TIA for any help.

Re: Anyone have a great recipe for Pork Chops?

My family goes Nuts for mine... no matter HOW they are cooked but this one is pretty darn tasty according to all who have ate at my Dinner table...
Use a large Skillet with a Lid
Liberally season both sides of the chops with Garlic powder Salt and Pepper and Sear them on Medium high heat until they get a Nice caramelization on them pull them out of the pan add One can of cream of Mushroom or any other kind you like DUMP it in add a soup Cans worth of Milk and 2 Tblspoon Brown Gravy Mix taste it for seasoning and if it needs a bit more salt or pepper adjust it then.
when its Smooth put your chops back in the pan Cover it with the Lid drop it to Low and leave it alone Covered for about 20 Mins...
They turn out so tender you can cut them with a Fork
Serve it with Fluffy rice or Egg Noodles and Spoon the sauce over the whole thing
I usually serve mine with green beans because Mine are a bit picky but I think any veg of your choice works well with this

I love this recipe and make it a lot. It's an easy one and I always have the stuff on hand for it.

Thanks ladies! They both sound tasty. I think we are going to do the Cream of Mushroom ones since that tends to be pretty popular with my family.
