I had my first US today at 5 weeks and it's TWINS! I'm soooooooo excited and grateful that we still have the whole pregnancy ahead of us to prepare!

WOW, congratulations!!!! That's wonderful!

My ultrasound is later this afternoon and I have always dreamed of twins but I think with this being my 4th (and when the baby arrives my oldest will be 6) I'm hoping for a singleton, lol. My bff is going with me though and she says that she has a feeling that I'm having twins (probably only because she has twin 9 month olds, lol)

Oh wow mama! Congrats! My SIL has twins - they are so cute and so FUN! Any idea when you'll know if they are fraternal or identical? SIL's are identical and I believe they shared a placenta which is how they were able to tell... but I can't remember for 100% sure. That is so exciting for your family!!

We're 99.9% sure that they're fraternal. They're in separate sacs which usually means fraternal (but not always) and we did IVF and transferred 2 embryos, so my RE is pretty confident that what we're seeing is that both embryos were successful.

Congrats again! My bff's twins are IVF success also and they are such sweet and adorable little miracles.

Congrats!! My twins are 16 mos old now and they are SO fun!!! A ton of work, but so much fun!!!!
