So many prayers needed (or whatever you want to put out there)

We have had bad news after bad news lately and need a good prayer, thought, energy, whatever.

My dh's friend has been diagnosed with stage 4 stomach cancer at 38 years old. He's sick from chemo, he's not eating very well so they've place a tube and he is getting his nutritional needs met that way. He has free floating cancer cells in his bodily fluids.

I found out last night that my dd's step uncle (we are still very close with ex h's whole family) passed very suddenly on saturday at 34 years old. They have no idea why he died, they found him by his truck saturday morning and tried to revive him to no avail. There is a viewing today, mass tomorrow and burial on Saturday. Please pray for my MIL's heart to heal and give those around her strength to carry her through this (he is her oldest child). It breaks my heart for her. She is so special in my dd's life and is a wonderful ex step grandmom to my two young boys. She is married to my dd's paternal gpa but still thinks of me and my new dh and our two sons together as hers. Everyone is just devistated.
