I have come down with this horrible cold and I am so stuffed up that it hurts

Is there anything I can take safely? I am preggo and bfing! I have taken diphahydromine (sp) while bfing but is it ok while preggo?

It is safe to take benadryl, or regular sudafed. But if you take sudafed be careful not to take it to long, it can decrease your supply.

Have you tried a vaporizer/steam? Just get a bowl of boiling water, put a towel over your head and breath in the vapor, this will loosen you up at least for a while to take some pressure off your sinuses and hopefully ease your pain. Drink plenty of water, sinus infections can really dehydrate you (especially if you have to sleep with your mouth open) and that can deplete your supply dramatically. I hope you feel better!
