Found our sleep solution

Chamomile and Fennel tea. He went from waking every 2 hours to waking 0-1 times a night! It's AWESOME!

I make a cup of tea sweetened with a touch on honey (only over one year) and cool it and put it in his sippy. He drinks it right down. Fennel does taste like licorice but he loves it (gripe water is fennel, chamomile and ginger usually).

He literally went from waking every hour or two to only waking once a night (at most).

Chamomile and Lavender are great for this, too. I have a tea that encourages milk production, is all organic, and works wonders from grumpy LOs with chamomile and lavender

Our pedi said you can give chamomile tea (no honey) to babies as little as a couple months old.

Re: Found our sleep solution

Will the sugar in the honey keep them awake?? I am terrified to give my DS anything with the littlest bit of sugar in it as he already stays up way to late.
