weekly dairy free menu planners! Help me!

I am just now venturing into the world of menu planning... I have charts printed up, and Im going to the grocery later this evening.

I need the recipes to be as much as possible, dairy free (I have alternatives), or that the dairy can be substituted.

We are very much a meat loving family! But I love to use fresh veggies and fruits.

I am kind of stuck in a recipe rut! The only thing my mind can think of for my menu is the same things over and over.... creamy pork chops, meatloaf, chicken and rice casserole, salmon and pasta..... Although we love those things, I would love to try some different meals!

I beg of you please! Help me start my new organized journey!
Please include main dish ideas with side dish ideas as well (as I tend to just make 3 things, broccoli, green beans, and potatoes...)

The meal plan I subscribe to has dairy free alternatives. They can also be gluten free if that is a worry. So if you are DF or GF or both then you can substitute as she recommends. You can find her here: http://nourishedkitchen.com/ I must also say that this is Real Food diet. So don't expect quick and easy always.

My favorite recipes are not on there! She has several that are noteworthy.

However I did find this recipe that we loved. http://nourishedkitchen.com/chicken-liver-pate/ for Pate.

We also liked this ice cream:
http://nourishedkitchen.com/cinnamon-honey-ice-cream/ However if you are not used to things being less sweet you may need to sweeten it more.

Oh and this is a great recipe for hollandaise sauce.
http://nourishedkitchen.com/classic-hollandaise-sauce/

However she has way better recipes then just this. We have loved her Gumbo, carrot cake, stuffed artichokes, fried brussel sprouts (even DH who hates brussle sprouts), curried mussels, and lots more. They are all tasty!

Re: weekly dairy free menu planners! Help me!

I'm making my meal plan right now... I plan as far out as i can think of ideas, but it always changes some... here are some of mine that are or could be dairy free. I'm not much help for sides though. We do fresh or steamed broccoli/carrots/cauliflower, green beans, peas, corn, salad, and when its not crazy expensive i add in asparagus.

These are from crockpot365 I think and my kids won't always eat them
-korean ribs
-hot & sour soup
-General Tso's Chicken

Not from crockpot365
Turkey noodle soup
Salsa chicken burritos (chicken breasts and salsa cooked in crockpot and shredded used as burrito filling) I do guac instead of cheese and sour cream a lot...you can add corn and/or beans in with the chicken also

Those are the things that I have that I *think* are dairy free/could be made dairy free. We aren't dairy free though, so hopefully I'm not totally off, lol.

Re: weekly dairy free menu planners! Help me!

We are dairy free and gluten free. Our typical weeks are a boring repittion of each other. I like eating the same thing over and over. We are trying corn and rice free for thirty days. But this is what my meal plan looked like before that.

Chicken Fried Rice - I don't have a recipe link. Let me know if you need me to type out the instructins.

Tacos - I make with ground turkey. We put beans, meat, lettuce in our shells. Read labels if you use a packaged seasoning. We use Old El Paso I think.

Grilled chicken with frozen veggies and rice
Pork chops and veggies
Chili
Taco Soup
Tortilla Soup
