If my BSWW are leaking through...
the middle section where it is supposed to be waterproof, can I use that spray on stuff to make it waterproof again? I bought them used so I am not sure how long she had them and all that stuff.

Re: If my BSWW are leaking through...
If you're using an absorbant enough diaper... sometimes it's just not absorbant enough - so if the diaper is saturated you might try a doubler...
But if it isn't the diaper, you can get waterproofing spray. I got mine at walmart camping section most recently - it had a oraange cap, I think? spray, let dry (outside) it should work for maybe 10 washes before you have to do it again

yeah when mine leak up front like that it's a saturated dipe. We have a flooder tummy sleeper so we have to watch that.

Re: If my BSWW are leaking through...
Every once in a while you should dry in the dryer. This should help. I have almost 3 year old bummis sww and have never had this issue. I am surprised you are having it. When BSWW get old the velcro is what goes first usually not the waterproofing. I'm guessing it is a diaper too wet or not fastened correctly, or material sticking out somewhere(wicking)... I just am shocked that the waterproofing would go if the body is in good shape.... Good luck.

Re: If my BSWW are leaking through...
I would try drying on hot first. If that doesn't work then try drying covers ONLY on hot with a couple fabric softner sheets. (Don't dry dipes right after this since you don't want any FS from the dryer walls to get on your dipes.) If that doesn't work then the waterproofing spray should. Of course, you need to make sure the dipe can hold enough pee. Any cover will leak once the diaper is soaked. GL!!
