When Buying a used diaper, what questions do you ask?

Title says/asks it all!

Always ask for pictures, as well as close ups of the inside and ask if there are any stains, the condition of the snaps/velcro, elastic and ask if they have had any wicking issues using it. If it has snaps, ask if any are cracked, because those will not snap correctly.
Also ask about the PUL, make sure it's not bubbling, crinkled or ripped.

This. I also ask what they are washed in, any stink/ammonia issues, and if she is the original owner. Basically the history of the diaper.

Also ask if they are from a pet-free, smoke-free home if that is an issue for you.

I like to know whether the seller has ever had any stink issues with the diaper in the past or had to strip etc...

DS posts a great FAQ about this:

pics are so very important. when i started, i bought some sight-unseen. they were not exactly as described, but i felt like a fool so never contacted the mama... make sure you aren't afraid to ask a mama questions, and if she doesn't answer quickly, keep looking!
