any menu planning website/software??

DS has to be on a rotation diet due to his endless food allergies and I am totally overwhelmed with trying to make the detailed menu plan for the week (or longer)

any (free?) websites or programs?

thanks!

Here's a site I've found helpful...it's free and provides a grocery list too!

http://www.menus4moms.com/kitchen/weeklymenu/

A MDC mama created it this chart and posted it for others to use- might help you, might not just wanted to share incase

I found this: http://www.thelucastribe.com/ForMoms.shtml

I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for or not but I LOVE sparkpeople.com. It also provides a grocery list for your meal plan, breaks down the calories, sugars, proteins, water etc. that you are getting in your diet and it's fun because you get points for using it.

I thought this site was neat. You can even add if you are dieting and it will help you keep track too.

This place has been very helpful. We're on a funky diet too - no dairy, and no wheat for most of us. I can adapt a LOT of these recipes now, though at first it was harder. It's free and pretty user friendly - not THE easiest site I've ever used, but not too hard! Good luck mama!
