stuffable trainers question??

We need bigger sizes, so I thought we'd just buy some pocket trainers that I can stuff PFs in while 16 mo DS is still *totally* not into potty use. My question is whether the PFs (capris) will fit in either the Snap-ez or SuperUndies? Or is that just too much bulk? Do any mamas out there have any experience with using a variety of inserts in either one of these pocket trainers? Or does anyone have another system they used for the transition between lay-baby-on-back and pull-up during the early days of PLing? Thanks!

Re: stuffable trainers question??

Stuffable trainers are pretty bulky, no matter what you put in them. We use them only for nighttime when we need a lot of absorbancy. If your son is a lighter wetter you could use the Charlie Banana trainers as diapers for him and then as trainers. They work really nice and I tested them on my son when he was 16 months. I left one of him for about an hour and a half and he had wet but it didn't leak at all. They are organic material so they get more absorbant over time. They are super nice day time trainers for toddlers as they are almost as trim as undies. Just a thought.
