Yes, great minds DO think alike! I think it will be the perfect age gap between the two! DD actually came 15 days early...always has been little miss impatient! I wanted an October baby SO bad, but November is close enough. Although, if I just go 17 days early then I WILL have an October baby! I don't see that happening though...

I am SO glad I am not the only one! I thought I was being ridiculous. I was standing there taking them out of the washing machine, smelling them one by one, with tears streaming down my face. Ugh! I can just imagine what that looked like! haha

I never thought of that! It's true though, in the house we lived in before DS was born the washer was so far away from the water heater that it was already full by the time that the water going into it got hot. Not a big deal for us at that point, since we didn't have diapers to wash yet. Congrats on finding your solution!!!

Lol, it's off topic, but to continue our conversation, why did you want an October baby so bad? DS came pretty late, so I'm thinking that this new one will most likely be a November baby too.

Re: crying over stinky diapers...

I LOVE October Not necessarily Halloween (although I would have LOVED to have knit a little cocoon costume for a newborn!) but just fall in general. I love the pretty colors and the cool weather. By November it's full blown winter here. Well, I just looked at your location and seeing as you are in Wisconsin you probably totally understand that I also didn't want a baby close to Christmas, I feel like they just get jipped (did i even spell that right??) Oh well, maybe next time!
