Tattoos representing your children...

I'm going to be getting one soon. I've got a few ideas in my head that I'm thinking about getting, but I'd love to hear/see what other people have as tattoos that represent your kids.

Anyone have any to share?

I really really want to get a teeny footprint on the inside of my wrist and my daughter's initial. Not sure how I'll incorporate the two together, maybe the initial inside the footprint? I'm going to get my artistic cousin in on the designing, I think. Then I'd get a similar tat whenever the next kid comes along.

I'm planning to get a celtic moon/stars on my foot, with each star being the color of our birthstones - mine, DH's, and the kids'.

I thought about doing my babies foot prints on the tops of my feet but now I'm leaning towards doing a Mama bear and her cubs.

Re: Tattoos representing your children...

I'm thinking about getting a celtic tree of life on my back, and the flowers would be the colors of our birthstones--DH, me and the kids. I'm still trying to decide if I want that on my back or doing something else on the top of my foot. I have one on my back already, and I kind of wish I would've put it somewhere where I can see it all the time.

I have DD's footprint and name on the inside of my right calf, DS1's handprint on the outside. I am going to get DS2's footprint too but haven't had a chance yet.
