i use mama cloth so i'm wondering how many PP pads I'll need? anyone have an idea?

I have been looking around. I was going to get about 6-8 of them. I have a bunch of heavy pads and a bunch of regulars to go with that also. I am also planning on using the hospital ones for the first few days.

I used disposibles for the first few days and by then, my bleeding was not much at all. I changed the pad maybe 4X per day for th first week and then maybe 2X per day after that (for spotting). I washed every second day with diapers, and then every second day with my own laundry. 6-8 sounds reasonable to me

It is similar to regular menstrual pads in the sense that you need to decide how often you want to wash them first.

I washed every other day and I had 12 of them. If you want to wash less often you will need more

I didn't get PP cloth I just used regular ones...but then again during a normal cycle I use light pads.
