Supplements, what does your LO take?

If you LO takes any supplements what are they and how old is your child?

DD1 is 3 and takes a multi vitamin. I would like to give her a probiotic too but I want one that specifically made for kids. Any recommendations?

DS is 2.5 and takes Vitamin D drops, Fish Oil (Nordic Naturals Children's DHA) and a multi. We have some probiotics too sometimes but I am bad about remembering them since they are in the fridge. Wish I could remember the brand...they are in an orange and pink box, and chewable. I think that you can give kids pretty much any probiotic in a smaller dose though, it's all the same stuff. Try the powder, half the adult dose, mixed in with applesauce or stirred in with juice.

We give Nordic Naturals fish oil supplement, a gummy multi most days (1/2 dose) and a probiotic. We use a regular probiotic and just give 1/2 a capsule each day, but I've seen specific children's versions at Whole Foods too.
