Question I will ask the dr but wanted your input as well

We are going to Disneyland, Knottsberry Farm and Universal Studios next month for my daughters wish, (she is a cancer survivor for those that don't know and all the kids receive a wish that is paid for) I will be 11weeks when we leave. With my history of mc in September and my chemical in November, do you think all the walking I will be doing will be dangerous for the baby?
I don't plan on getting on the rides because I am not sure if I should, I did check online and there is a list of rides I should stay away from but a lot that are safe for me to ride if I wanted to.
Any experience and or advice? My dh is kind of freaking out, I am going to ask the dr about this as well when i see her on the 29th but I like to hear irl experiences as well.

I would think that as long as you stay hydrated and rest as much as you feel you need to you should be fine

Exercise is generally good for babies at any stage of pregnancy - I don't think there is anything you could do activity-wise that would endanger the pregnancy. But obviously you shouldn't do anything that makes you feel uncomfortable or worried.

Re: I will ask the dr but wanted your input as well

I went to Hawaii in February and I was not quite 13wks. I was also worried, since it was hot, etc. I just really tried to take it easy and if I felt I had overdone it or anything, we stayed back at the house. I had to forego a few things, but it was fine. Oh, and I was really nervous because I had a severe SCH at 9wks. The second day in Hawaii, I did overdo it a tad and had some spotting. I just laid low the rest of the day and all was fine. I did, however, make sure before going that I knew where the closet ER was, just for peace of mind.

Without knowing all the medical details, I would say I would go, but def make a big effort to take it easy, lots of rests in a/c, fluids etc.

We ususally go to waterparks with the kids and I'm opting for a beach vacation as otherwise I know I can't go with them on anything. They were asking me to go on the slip n slide last week.......eh, not sure ob would advise that.......

Do they have complimentary Amigos there? Or even one you can rent? If you're worried about it, I would look into that option. I wouldn't worry too much. Just stay hydrated.

Thanks mama's! Mil got dh all freaked out telling him of a story of who knows who that mc because they went to a themepark while pg and had the same history as me with my pg's so he is scared.
What is SCH?
I will make sure I am hydrated, it is going to be hot, I am from Cali and our summers get way up there, I am thinking Anaheim might not be that bad, not sure though.
I will definitely find out where their closest ER is at.
What are a complimentary amigos Cassie?

SCH - Subchornionic Hematoma I believe... not sure about the amigos thing... maybe those things that ride you around, like at the airport? IDK!

Good Luck! And I think your DR will be able to give you some reassurance as well.
