Wake from a nap

So usually DD (3mo) naps for 1-2 hours, but sometimes (like now ) she sleeps for 3(+) hours! I've been letting her sleep, but now I'm thinking maybe I should wake her up. Advice? Thanks!

At that age I'd think she'd be fine. As long as she doesn't have weight gaining issues, then there is no reason to wake in order to feed. If you suspect it is making it harder for her to settle at night or something, then it can be worth messing around with naps (waking after 2 hours, waking after an hour and adding an extra nap or something (examples of stuff we've done with DD! )) otherwise it shouldn't cause any problems!

P.S I start feeling kind of bad and like I should go in and wake DD if she sleeps more than 3 hours, but I just try to treasure the extra time to myself

yeah, I don't wake sleeping babies unless there is a good reason. I'd let baby sleep and enjoy the extra you time!

I wouldn't wake her either. I figure that if my LO is having a good long sleep it's because he needs it.
