Help! Signing with Baby~UPDATE~

Help! I don't sign with my son but his daycare does. They sent home a signing sheet but I can't find it Eaghan repeatedly put his palm up flat and then points at the center of it. He's done it so many times and so deliberately that I think he's signing to me only....I don't get it!

Is this a sign? And what does it mean?

I asked DS's teacher and YES! it is "more" thanks so much for your help. Eaghan signing is very cool!

That's an early way they sign for "more." The true sign is touching your first three fingers together with your other hand's first three fingers. My dd and several friends' kids all did the way you describe first, for many months, before graduating to the more sophisticated sign.

Huh! He usually does it after nursing so since he's a milk-oholic that makes sense! Thanks soo much

It IS cool. It's so much less frustrating when we know WHY they're throwing a fit! I'm doing it with ds and he understands the signs but doesn't do them yet. I'm waiting for the day. . .

thats me too! I do a few with him......he DEFINITELY responds to the sign for nurse/milk, but doesn't do any signing yet, though I think he's a little young to do them yet (8 months today).
