D I C K's Sporting goods (had to edit to space out that first word, otherwise it wouldn't show up, LOL! Apparently it's not allowed) has them w/a $10 off Google discount at check-out + go thru ebates & you get an extra 3% back, comes out to under $20.

Walmart has them for kids, just shy of $9. We found some last year at Kmart and I bought two of each size to stock up. DD calles them her 'easy' shoes cause she can get them on easily.

The Google Checkout will only work for 1st time users. If you've ever taken advantage of a Google Checkout discount before, than it won't show up (it will likely recognize your cookies on your computer). However, if you do get the prompt for Google Checkout & you have used it before, try registering under another email addy & it should work. You can even still use the same CC, they just need a different email registered.
