Suggestions for night

Please make some suggestions that may get us through the night with no leaks. My DD is 14 months and peeing through everything we have. We have tried:
1. FB OS stuffed with microfiber and babykicks hemp
2. pocket (BG, BB) stuffed with flip stay-dry and babykicks hemp (and even 2 hemps, but that made the legs gape horribly and the diaper didn't fit anymore)
3. FB medium stuffed with econobum prefold and hemp insert

We've been putting her in disposables (with fleece liners) to keep the leaks down, but we hate doing that. I understand that some people might suggest fitteds, but I'm worried about the amount of wetness touching her skin - she's sensitive and even a tiny bit of wetness gives her blistering and bleeding diaper rash. In the leaking diapers she gets redness and blisters on her tummy and thighs shen it leaks onto her clothes. Are there fitteds that are all-over staydry?

Please help. My LO is turning red all over from the wet diapers. In the disposable it's a bit better, but the fleece liners shift around in there and she still gets patches of nasty redness if the diaper touches her skin.

Thanks for your help.

My Mood:
Sbish fitted + hemp doubler will a wool soaker with fleece liner (i cut mybown large and in an hourglass shape for more coverage)

This is bulletproof for us.

I can usually get away with a flip organic + hemp doubler in our bg 4.0's, but dd does better overnight in a breathable option

Apologizing in advance for iPhone typos/autocorrect

I'm finding a flip organic to be very effective on its own!

(well, in a cover, obviously )

Re: Suggestions for night

I used sposies for my son because I couldn't find anything that would work. Then we were almost out of sposies, and I couldn't afford to buy any more for a while. So I took a flannel receiving blanket and folded it, and put it in our BottomBumpers diaper without the snap in insert. I use a fleece liner to make it stay dry. I was quite impressed at how well they work.

When your LO wakes up, are the inserts sopping wet? I've found that if I stuff too much into a pocket, then DS will leak. If I stuff less, he won't. It's like wringing out a washcloth - all the extra pressure forces out the liquid, if that makes sense. It's worth thinking about, anyway.

There are fitteds with stay-dry inners. We have used GAD pocket fitteds at night with DS for the last 8ish months, and have never had a leak with them. We stuff with a Thirsties hemp prefold, Flip Organic, or Babykicks hemp prefold, then use Thirsties, GAD, or Bummis covers.

You might try the medium fuzzy buns with a large microfiber insert and the econobum Prefold.

Re: Suggestions for night

I personally am not a fan of pocket diapers for nighttime. Some people swear by them, but they always leak on my little guys. Instead, I prefold either fitteds or contours with a hemp doubler. My bullet proof combo is either:

a: Pooters One Size Fitted in hemp or bamboo with a wool, fleece or PUL cover like MotherEase or Thirsties

b: Pooters One Size Contour with a Pooters hemp inserts, covered by a wool, fleece or PUL cover

The Pooters dipes are really absorbent and really affordable. The fitted is only $12, the contour is $6 and the hemp insert is only $3.

Re: Suggestions for night

I also use a single Flip organic at night with my 16-month-old son, and it works wonderfully - No leaks for us!
