Yeah, that is, I believe, against Ebay rules.

Re: Ebay loophole?

Have you tried listing at the granolachicks auction?? I know they're switching hosts right now, but as long as you list it at the lowest price you're willing to take, chances are it''ll sell. Not to mention there are no fees.

I just checked out Granola Chicks, but guess everything is down while they switch hosts? Can't get to "forums" or "auctions"... Do you know when the site is supposed to be back up?

I'm not sure, but I'm on the yahoo group mailing list so as soon as it's up again, I can let you know.

It must be against the rules & dependant on if Ebay catches you or not (a lot of issues depend on if people report you if their people don't catch it themselves). I have bid on several of these type of free EUC w/new insert listings & 2 of them were yanked from Ebay while I was bidding b/c they seller was told it was against their policy.

Re: Ebay loophole?

not to be a downer here but eBay also has rule that you are not allowed to have giveaways for bonus items in your listings either. This all around is yucky since have bought many many great to awesome diapers on Ebay plenty of times! *sigh*

Re: Ebay loophole?

I've been trying to bid on used diapers and saw several auctions that I was watching get yanked. Then today I saw what I was looking for listed as buy it now. I bought those right away at a decent price. Maybe this is a good way to list the diapers so they sell before they are cancelled. Seems good if you list at a decent price.

Re: Ebay loophole?

yeah, seems the loop hole is not working and the auctions are still getting yanked.

Too bad we can't just say new even though they are used. Maybe come up with a code word.
