So we I just got A fb to try cause he soon its sleeping 6 hours now but it leaked. I don't think it is a stuffing problem because we use the same siding on a RaR with no problems. My little guy is 8 weeks old, about 14 pounds, chubby legs super tall for his age.

I am stuffing with the stay dry inserts made by flip. I used then in a sweet pea pocket and that worked without leaks too.

Why aren't you using the inserts by FB? You would have much more luck with those. For afternoon naps I always used a FBOS stuffed with both inserts that it came with and never had trouble. Alternately I would use a Fuzzi Bunz stuffed with a prefold. I didn't find them hard to stuff either.

Flip have stay-dry fleece on top - I think 2 layers of fleece is too much to have to penetrate.

Re: FB- first night - leak

I agree. I would use a different insert.

Re: FB- first night - leak

try with the FB OS inserts, they are also a layer thicker than other brands so those will work best. Plus they are narrower and won't bunch in the diaper which might be causing a bad fit. hope that helps!
