Re: HELP PLEASE!! Re: CPS...how much should my ds weigh? When should he hold his head

We belong to Homeschool Legal Defense and will not allow any CPS worker in our home, period. You do NOT have to let them in unless they have a warrant. This is your fourth ammendent right under the constitution. I used to live in fear of CPS because of how randomly they can be called. Not anymore.

There used to be a link to the article about what to do when they come to your door, but I can't find it at the moment. But do your research....you don't even have to let them in....period.

I have no real information to give you ..... but here's my small - not to mention FORMULA FED daughter around 5-6 weeks old (sleeping on her stomach at that - yeah, I'm a $hitty mom... ) - Oh and I'll pass on being flamed thanks.

She was 6lbs 9.4oz at birth, and even now at almost 2 1/2 she's only 26-ish pounds.

Sorry but your sister sounds like a nut!! If your little guy (who is soooo yummy!) is neglected, what would she think about my dd who weighs 11 lbs 2 oz at 6 months old??!! She was born at 6lbs 6oz but NONE of my other kids were this small!!! In fact my 2nd dd was 6 lbs 4 oz at birth and 18 lbs at 6 months.

Big hugs to you for the great job you're doing!!!

I am so glad to hear that you have a supportive ped, who is willing to back you up!

Hopefully your sis will stay the heck out of your business.

Re: HELP PLEASE!! Re: CPS...what should my ds weigh-When hold his head up? UPDATED!!

i think he is just gorgeous. i have 5 kids my 1st dd was 7lb9oz ,
2nd dd 8lb3oz , 3rd dd 10lb10oz, ds 10lb11oz,and my baby girl 12lb even
they all gained at different variables, and held their heads up at different ages.
i am sure he is perfectly fine. i bet she wouldn't like it if you called someone and reported her child being over weight.
hold your head high and know you are doing whats best that your very handsome ds.
God bless
