What happened here???

I put DD in the bouncy seat to take a shower, got out and she was soaked in poo!! There was actually more poo on the front of her fuzzibunz and pjs than in them!! This is my first poosplosion in cloth and I just don't know how it could happen!

Re: What happened here???

Was it one of the bouncy seats that has a seat her legs fit through and she is sort of suspended in the seat? If so, it isn't uncommon for leaks to occur when kids are in those (for both pee and poo) due to the pressure in the diaper zone. If it the kind more like a car seat style, then I can't say why. I doubt it has anything to do with the diaper - just the bouncy seat itself.

Bummer! Sometimes when my dd is in a sitting position, the front of the diapers tents out a little bit; this would be bad if she was still ebf.

It is actually the type that she lays back in, so it doesn't put much pressure on her diaper. I guess she just threw a poo curve ball with the mess it made!
