homemade wipes- is this the right place for this?

Not sure if this is the right place but I have a question about homemade wipes. I use to make wipes with paper towels, but I just started using washcloths instead. I am putting wipes in a disposable wipe tub and using a basic formula (baby wash, baby lotion, baby oil and water). I know I should check them on a regular basis to insure nothing is growing or getting mildew- i usually go through them pretty quick since I use them to clean up after meals as well. The last batch had extra liquid so I have been adding dry washcloths as they are washed to the old cloths and liquid. I was thinking as long as there is still extra liquid it would be ok. Is that ok? As long as nothing is growing or smelling off? Or should wait until the tub is empty and start a new batch every time?

Sounds fine to me. I thinking adding some TTO will help with any mildew issues.
A box of my homemade wipes will last me about three or four days.
