Diaper Swappers

Ever been hungry and not known what to eat, so you throw some stuff together and hope it tastes good? I have the cure for that.

amounts will vary depending on how hungry you are/# of people eating

eggs
splash of milk
butter
vanilla
bread
peanut-butter
chocolate frosting

mix milk, eggs and vanilla into a french toast batter. Spread peanut butter on one slice of bread and chocolate frosting on the other, put together and pinch edges closed (crust can be cut off if you like). Dip in french toast batter, pan fry. Make gods envious as you snarf it down. Oh, you can dust with powdered sugar if you're all fancy like that

I really had no clue if this would be edible or not, but thought what the heck. Worst case I feed it to the chickens-who will eat anything. NOMNOMNOMNOM

The only problem is now I'm sad that they're all gone. Must try w/ nutella next time.

you seriously ate this?? Im running back to my weight loss thread where we eat baked apples for dessert, im disheartened right now.

yes I did, and it was good!

It's totally thrown off my calorie count for the day too. Somehow I just don't feel guilty about it. Some sins are sooooo worth it. I'll just have to be extra diligent tomorrow (and add about 30mins to my workout).

Don't feel disheartened. We all need a cheat every now and then. Well, I do or I'd go crazy. I made blondies and brownies for a picnic w/ my friends last weekend and didn't even lick the spoon, so this makes up for that, right?
