hypnobabies

without a doula? I'll be 39 weeks tommorow, dont' know how that happened. But I still haven't hired a doula, it's a little late now. so just wondering if anyone has successfully done hypnobabies at a hospital without a doula

Re: hypnobabies

I did it w/o doula and MW LOL and would not do any other way.

But it is about you not others. How do you feel? Do you need doula? Doula is definitely not a must for a happy birthing experience, IMO

ETA: NM my reply. I just saw the posting date lol. How did things go for you OP?

I would always recommend a doula for hospital birth...I'm biased lol. You still can hire one. Look for one tonight, meet her tomorrow, hire her on the spot I'm currently training to be a Hypno-Doula

How familiar is your partner with HB? Do you feel you will get the support you need? Make sure to let the nurses know that you will be using hypnosis.

Re: hypnobabies

is hypnobabies the same as hypnobirthing? because I did hypnobirthing all natural at the hospital in a birthing tub without a doula. I had a midwife and she did nothing but sit there until the baby came out LOL. Hypnobirthing worked well for me. I would recommend it to anyone.
