IDK. I was talking more regarding the necklace. I debated between getting one at MMB and Baltic Creations or Inspired By Finn .

But that's just my thinking. I'm sure the ones at MMB are fine and would resell easy.
Oh another reason I decided to get a BC ones is the threading. BC uses poly whereas MMB is silk. From what I've read, silk will break down faster so I wanted one that would last longer.

11 inches. Eli is 7m, 18lbs. He has had it on since he was 2w old and now that he is starting to teethe it doesn't fit over his chin (which is exactly where I want it).

Mine is from inspired by Finn. Love their amber, they always have lots of the "butter" color, which is the most potent. I have had a hard time finding it in stock elsewhere. We lost the first one, so I had to order another on Friday.

It retains the succinic acid better, more effective. Same reason the lighter, more opaque colors are more expensive.

I have found the raw amber to be not as strong.

Chiming in girls. Raw amber in ANY COLOR is the strongest amber because it has extra layers of succinic acid that polished amber loses in the polishing process (heating). I have a whole page dedicated to the info on the 2 here. The white colored amber is viewed as "royalty" which is the reason for it's higher price, not for it's potency as some have mentioned.

I have suppliers in Lithuania that have been in the amber business for decades and since it's in their heritage and their sea I learn many things from them. In asking about the myth of the lighter color being stronger they said that is just a myth that the color comes from the part of the tree the sap formed then fossilized. The darker the color the closer to the roots. White and opaque amber is amber that has been exposed to oxygen for OVER 100 years meaning it's older and more brittle. I have also been told that there is a way to MAKE amber look that way with pressure. So that discredits it's potency as well.

I have proven over time though the raw is indeed stronger than polished. My children only wear raw and my DD started out with a BLACK raw amber necklace and is now in Dark Honey with 6 teeth and no signs of teething! This is NOT saying that polished won't help because it will but for maximum strength I do suggest raw. Also as with any healing amber will not be a miraculous result for every single wearer. But most that use/wear it do have significant relief.
