Re: dr. christopher's birth prep/herbal preps?

I used dr Christopher's birth prep with baby #3 and it was awesome. I actually had less BH contractions than with baby #2. It was a 5 hr labor and was barely painful. Ill be 34 weeks Friday and plan to start again!

Why Black cohosh but not Blue cohosh?

I have the Polly Jean Five week formula and it seems to have a lot the same stuff, but it has Blue cohosh instead.

I thought it was the other way around, and not to take the black?

When in your pregnancies Do you start taking the dr Christopher's? And oral or vaginally? And when did you deliver? Mostly on time or early or late?
Thx

I start at 34 weeks, following the schedule on the bottle. 1 first week, 2 second and so on until you reach the max of 6 per day. I have always delivered before my due date.

#3 39 and 3
#4 39
#5 39 and 5
#6 38 and 6
#7 37
#8 39
#9 39
#10 37 and 3
#11 38
