Chemical Smell?

The prefold DD had on this morning (for nighttime) has a chemical smell to it. It's the ONLY one w/ it. All her other diapers are fine. What could've caused it on just one diaper? Could it be that I used a prefold overnight? Although, I haven't noticed it on other nights that that is what we've used. I'm a bit confused. The smell about knocked me over when I opened the pail to throw them in the wash. Should I have washed it seperately, on its own? Since I didn't do you think I should rewash the entire load? So many possibilities.

As a sidenote, I need stinkin' sun! I noticed little stain streaks on one of my WAHM stuffable covers. Can't sun them if the sun doesn't come out darn it!
