Re: How far along were you when you felt baby kick for the first time?

With DS#1 I didn't feel movement until about 20 weeks. I realize now that I probably felt some movement before that, but just didn't know what it was.

With DS#2 I felt movement at like 11-12 weeks; and constant from that time until the end!!

I felt our little angel move once before we miscarried her at 13 weeks. Not to sound pathetic, but I think of it as her saying goodbye...

I'm only 6 weeks with this babe, so obviously nothing yet

I am about to cry for real, that is so sweet that you were able to feel your angel say goodbye. . .

Thanks mamas, I feel better. I talked to dh at lunch and he is saying he didn't feel dd until 4.5 -5 months. I was thinking it was like 15 weeks. I guess that is my brain stopping working while I cook the babe. . . Thanks for all your stories. I feel a lot better. to all of you sweet mamas.

I know dh says that I will feel her move soon enough and then will wonder why I was worrying. . .

With a previous pgy, I felt movement inside around 16w but never on the outside since we lost her at 21w. This pgy I felt movement inside around 15+w and on the outside around 19w.

#1 I felt at 16 weeks, #2 I felt at 14 weeks, and this one I felt at 12 weeks....but that was just tiny flutters, not full-fledged kicks like I'm getting now.

Re: How far along were you when you felt baby kick for the first time?

#1 14 weeks 3 days and #2 14 weeks 2 days. I felt flutters and movement before that, but it wasn't a true kick ... just a weird sensation. Now I'm anxiously waiting to feel this one! I've had the weird sensations, I want a kick!

So I say [I]now[I] so early on. In my last month I'll be irritated with the constant movement that wont' let me sleep or walk in a straight line.
