Should I call the dr for DD??? (kinda gross) Help!

Ok, since last week, my DD has been having some horrible poops! They explode out of whatever diaper she is wearing, clothe or disposible. They are super runny and yellow (like when she was a BF only baby). And they stink to high heaven. She has also been spitting up some, not really throwing up though. Although, she did throw up the other night (in our bed, ugh!)

do you think that I should call her ped about this? it has been going on for about a week now.

Sounds like she's allergic to something...maybe diary or wheat. I was lactose intolerant as a kid and would get yucky diarhia every time I drank cow's milk. I'd get on simple diets and if it that doesn't help, I'd ask a naturopath. Make sure she's hydrated, diariah means less water absorbed.

Best wishes for a fast healing!

Sounds like Rotavirus to me. That can last a couple of weeks. We haven't dealt with it yet but most children have it at some point. Def. call the doc, but I don't think there is much they can do for it.

When my dd's had rotavirus they had severe vomiting along with the diarrhea and a temp. You are supposed to call the dr after 3 days of any symptoms of illness, so I would call.
