Ok, I've never done anything like this, but I'm wanting something like butter noodles, but not with butter (lol). I want a light garlic sauce, and I was thinking of sauteing some garlic in some EVOO, and then tossing my noodles in it. NOT enough to have it pool in the bottom of the bowl (bleh) but just enough to keep the noodles from sticking together. We're making chicken on the grill, so I want to put the chicken breasts on top of it, and do some broccoli as well...

What kind of sauce should I use to do this? I don't want it to be super fattening... otherwise, I would just use alfredo!

I think your idea with the olive oil and garlic would work great!

yummy is right! If you have any of the Just Tomatoes garlic that would be perfect

Yep! By "cooking" the garlic in the EVOO you'd be infusing the garlic flavor--making it a garlic oil. Toss that will noodles and you'll be good to go!

yep that's what I do, sometimes I make garlic butter, but olive oil is so much better
