I only use warm water. I wet it int he sink (there's a bathroom right next to his room).

We just use warm water from the tap with aloe once in a while.

I always just used water. I never saw any reason to use anything else.

I would wet a stack (just enough for a day) and put them in a sposie wipes container. It worked great
