Anyone else going to see the new Winnie the Pooh movie?

I only heard about it coming out on Monday! I had no idea it was even being made. I want to take DD to see it.

I love Pooh Bear!

Anyone else?

I've never taken DD to a movie (2.5), but I thought we might go see this one. She has a stuffed Pooh bear that she just loves- so we'll probably check it out in the next few days. I thought it would be fun to take just her and make it a special mommy/daughter outing.

I want to take the girls, Ella (7) isn't that interested in it, but I don't think she will turn down going to a movie either. Maybe I'll take Lily and Anna. It is supposed to rain all weekend, so it would be a good time to go. I'm not really a big fan of Winnie the Pooh, but I think L and A would like it.

Re: Anyone else going to see the new Winnie the Pooh movie?

I hear that it's just over an hour long so that's good/better for young children. My DD is 3.5 This will be her first trip to a cinema. We watch movies at home though.

I'm probably more excited than her anyway!

DD loves Pooh. She got a Pooh Bear blanket for her first birthday that she still sleeps with now! I think she'll like the movie.

I think even at 68 minutes it's too much for my super active 18 month old to sit through so he'll be home with daddy.

I'm thinking about taking DD1, DD2, and DD3. I'll probably wait until the week after its out so its not crowded.

We'll probably watch it when it comes out on DVD, but I don't think my DS would be all that into going to the theatre. He's only 2.5yo and he doesn't even like Disney movies. I don't even really wanna see it. I just love the old one so much. I love all the old voices, the music, the animation. If it's not Sterling Holloway, it's not Pooh.

YES!!! My mom is taking DD and I'm hoping for an invite too I LOVE LOVE LOVE Winnie the Pooh, he has been my favorite since I was little and I'm hoping to pass the love onto my DD. It's only 67 minutes long so it's a great length for LOs. So excited!!!

We'll be going!

DD loves going to the movies and is really excited to go again, especially since Cars 2 was a disappointment.
