Has anyone searched for the trimmest option?
Hi everyone,
I am looking for the trimmest option for my son. What is the trimmest option you have found? Is there anyone out there who also prefers trim and has searched the trimmest of the trims?? Also if you could let me know if your meaning trim for a younger baby or older would be helpful. Thanks so much!!! |

An NSFW with a hemp doubler was the trimmest solution, though we've decided to do all cotton for now...
![]() ![]() Trimmest cover: Dappi nylon pull-on This is on my toddler... I didn't really search for trim solutions when he was younger, but I will definitely be making more NSFWs if we have another baby!

gDiapers with gCloth inserts are very trim. They didn't work for us because of the way they fit (tall and skinny baby), but I have friends who LOVE them.

Re: Has anyone searched for the trimmest option?
Trim depends on the build of the child & how they pee. Some trim options work for some, while other kids will have pee dripping down their legs or plumbers crack.
For Eli, Econobum cover w/ padfolded flat Noelle, Sunbaby w/ small Joeybunz |

Bright star baby AIOs are very trim for my girls. Didnt have them when they were very small though.

Flats can be veeeeeeeeeeery trim on slightly older babies. I just started using some flats (bought Target flour towels?) and am loving it right now.

Re: Has anyone searched for the trimmest option?
I haven't tried a TON of diapers, but quite a few, and I've found softbums with the bamboo pods to be the trimmest on both my sons.

The trimmest diaper we have EVER tried was Bottombumpers with aplix (oh I hate snaps, and side snapping drives me CRAAAAAAAZY).

Re: Has anyone searched for the trimmest option?
I agree with flats. I like trim so 19mo DS can walk and run w/o bulk, and also for coolness for summer. I like the econobum and thirsties covers. the Bummis cover is thicker and I don't care for that as much. Gdiapers are ok, but have more layers(outside & inside cover, liner, pad), so prolly not as cool IMO. BG 4.0 isn't too bad either.
