I'm sorry mama, I didn't mean to get you worried. I just thought I'd mention about my cousin as it started with him when he was young. They ruled out physical problems such as encopres by talking to a gastroenterologist.
The diagnosis was fecophilia when they got help from a psychologist.

I don't see how that could be related as he doesn't know about it yet. We decided not to tell him for a while/until it's closer b/c in the past we've told him about our pregnancies & it was all too confusing for him when we would experience a loss. That & when our youngest DS was deemed a girl - he still calls him she a year later (b/c we told him he'd have a sister for months).
