Question Bottombumpers or Bright Star Baby???

Ashers: 7 months, 15 pounds. Very trim, long torso, short legs.

Which one should we try?

Hey mama - I actually posted a pic review of bottombumpers vs fishnoodles (now BSB) and a couple other natural-fiber AIOs on here a little while back - http://www.diaperswappers.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1232116 is the link. HTH!

Re: Bottombumpers or Bright Star Baby???

I haven't tried bright star baby, but we did use bottombumpers when my DS was between 4-9 months old. He's actually a chunker with a short rise and huge thighs (esp. back then)...the opposite of Asher. Bottombumpers weren't a good fit because of his large thighs and short rise. So...IMO, since Asher is trimmer, I think they would most likely fit him pretty well.

Re: Bottombumpers or Bright Star Baby???

i like bottombumpers. You would need a medium size. my daughter wore them around the same size as a previous poster I think it was 2-5 months in the size small. She has chunky thighs though and so they started getting tighter around 13 pounds. She is 6 months now and she doesn't wear them anymore. I really do like them though. I even bought a couple larges for my older daughter to use as pull-ups.

Re: Bottombumpers or Bright Star Baby???

I have both and prefer BSB diapers. The fit is great on both, but the BSB's are softer and easier to manage (no real tucking in of the soaker like on BB)
