Mammas of long haired boys
ds's hair is getting pretty long in the front and I'm not sure on how to keep it out of his eyes. How do you keep your ds's hair out of his eyes?

Re: Mammas of long haired boys
We've sort of "trained" it to part on the side and be brushed off to the side. It naturally falls to the side and he can easily brush it out of his eyes and it will stay there. I basically just brushed it to the side every morning, and eventually it started doing it on it's own.

Re: Mammas of long haired boys
I've tried pushing it to the side and he just pushes it back to the front. He hates his hair combed or touched or anything. i was thinking of trying to pull it back but that will be a chore in itself

Re: Mammas of long haired boys
when ds1 was 1 and hadn't had a haircut yet, we would use a barette to put up the front. When he got a bit older we cut bangs on him, yes, bangs like a girl..but he looked fine to us

Re: Mammas of long haired boys
I use an alligator clip when it gets too long to hold the hair back. But DS recently got his long locks cut off and now has bangs.

I put it in a ponytail. Yes, he looked like a girl but his hair is too pretty to cut.
