weehuggers help

does anyone happen to have a pic of their lo in a weehuggers with a trifolded pf from a side view? lol i am trying to see if the pul touches the skin between the leg of the diaper and the diaper - if that makes sense. thats whats happening with my flip covers and it bugs me.

Re: weehuggers help

I have a weehuggers cover and i'm not really sure how an action shot with a prefold inside it would reveal the answer to your question...that cover has gussets and if you have a chunky thighed little babe it may leave red marks because its snug against the skin.

Re: weehuggers help

I wouldn't think so...the bamboo/cotton lining on the inside covers a good amount of the pul on the inside and the guessets are tightly sewn (not like tight around the thighs) so there isn't a lot of extra fabric like say a thirsties duo wrap would have...I must say I love love love my wee huggers for a longer outing out or when I know she'll be sweaty so pul isn't touching her...they are really great diapers

Yes I have a weehugger and I always get red marks. The crotch is more narrow than a Flip though, that is for sure. But the elastic is just too tight for us.

Do you want a pic of a prefold IN a weehugger before its on a child?

oooh I don't know. We get red marks from Flips (not bad ones) as well. The elastic on a weehugger is just so tight!

ugh! well i dont know then. maybe i will try a nikkys again? they are not as wide as a flip right? i just hate the pul touching his skin, it gets hot here and he gets all sweaty.

Re: weehuggers help

I agree. I just bought two Weehuggers and love them but the elastics are tighter than other covers that I have and have left some marks on my LO.
