My 40 pound toddler is growing out of all of his diapers

Any diaper suggestions for a 40 pound toddler with no interest in potty training? He's been out of BG Elementals for months, and my younger son is almost grown out of those too. I have been using double stuffed BG 4.0's and Goodmama's, but he is on the last setting on both.

I am sure as soon as I sell off stuff to invest in something new he'll be all interested in the potty, but I need something to tide us over.

Any suggestions?

Sounds like you need XL diapers... How about Monkey Snuggles or Piddle Poddle toddlers?

flats and large or xl covers - like thirsties. flats are so easy to fold to fit any size baby, and you can use 2 for an older toddler. you can either fold them together or use one for the doubler. thats what i did when nothing else fit my big guy. that way you arent putting too much money into anything either : )

I agree with flats or big prefolds and covers that way its not much money spent if he decideds to potty train as soon as you get them and they will work for your younger one when he gets a bit bigger.

Yeah, I'd go with toddler prefolds and with XL covers to tide you over till he PTs.

Mothers Ease Toddler size. Not terribly expensive, and I loved them for my toddler.

2 options come to mind both converting prefolds 1 would be to turn them into prefitteds http://tinkletraps.com/store/WsDefau...mbs=No&Thumbs=

Or she is also tiny lady cooperative on hyena cart

Or turn prefolds into side snap trainers here

http://www.etsy.com/listing/62028487...-one-size-fits

You can get them with a waterproof backing or not depending on how much you want to move toward potty training $4.50 for each prefold converted ($1-$2 more for backing/cotton panel) HTH!

I have a 32lb 3yo that refuses to PL and we are currently using large Imagine prefolds trifolded in large Bummis Superbrite covers. They fit him great with plenty of room to grow and they are super easy to use, plus they were not expensive at all.
