That REAALY sucks about your trade. I hope one of the Mods can help you. I think 98% of the mama's on here are honest and good and a few bad ones slip through the cracks-I'm sorry you got burned by one of them ((HUGS))

I also was having a breakdown over something recently. Then it occured to me I LOVE THIS PLACE. I want to try to work whatever out with a positive attitude. This is an outlet for me. Sh*t happens at home, it should not happen here, but when it does I am going to try to clamly work it out for MY sake. I understand how frustrated you are and mama I was to the other day. 99% of mamas here are good. SO HELPFULL. I just have to focus on the positive. Good Luck...

That makes my stomach hurt just thinking about your bad trade! That is so much money and I dont know about you but part of the reason I cloth diaper is to save money not lose it! jeez.. As far as the elastic I actually thought what elastic! lol Only one dipe has that elasticy ruffly look to it and the others have flat casings so ya those are SHOT - she (the buyer) should have definately known from that pic!

You can tell from the pic that the elastic is shot. If she can fix the front elastic how come she can't in the back. Isn't it all the same elastic? One strand for each side? I hope you have better buying, selling, and trading days!

I know! I am so bummed. I CD to save us $$ (dh works 3 jobs so I can SAH with out 3 kids for now even though I would make more $$ than him until he gets a FT teaching job).

I am such an honest person I hate the thought that someone took my dipes & ran with them (they were all VGUC too & some of my favs) & I had to buy MORE PTs from others to replace the ones I didnt get. And that I listed my dipes to the best of my knowledge (i really didnt know it was bad, I thought it was a style difference, kwim???) and if all of YOU can tell, I dont know how she couldnt. And I also dont understand why she could & then couldnt fix it. I totally would have refunded part if she wanted to fix & keep them because I can sew at all! I love this place too & its such a stress reliever for me to come here & read about everyone & diapers.....I hate when people make is stress too!!

i know i love this board as well. i may or may not have been ripped off one time...don't want to go into detail as i'm not sure lol. it wasn't too huge of a deal though. hopefully i never do get ripped off seriously though, i'd hate for that to happen as i've met some very nice and generous mama's on here.
