Which breastfeeding pillow would you recommend?

Boppy, My Breast Friend or this new one http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=11085854

I like that the boppy can be used to prop a baby too and I think the last one would be useful for that as well. I have used a boppy before and it didn't seem that great for actual nursing--it still seems like you have to lean to get to the baby. The MBF is supposed to be better at keeping the baby up at the breast but I think the Gia one might be okay for that too.

So which would you get?

Wow is the Nesting pillow really worth that price? The Boppy is failing for me and I really need something that will allow my hands, wrists and arms to rest as they are now wrecked from frequent nursing. I'm open to trying something new and MBF doesn't appear to be what I need either.

Have you tried sticking blankets our pillows under the Boppy? Usually, I can make my forearm do the job, but if I need hands free to eat or work on homework, I'll stick an old medium density pillow and it puts DS's head right where I need it.

Any typos are probably a combination of my phone and poor proofreading!

Re: Which breastfeeding pillow would you recommend?

I love my breast friend. I couldn't get the boppy to work at all, ending up using it post partum to sit on and then when DD would stay put, I would prop her up on it sometimes. The nursing pillow only really worked when she was little (before she could sit up...so 6mos?) after that she'd just sit on my lap, my arm could support her or we'd lay down

My boppy was flimsy and worthless. I love the BreastFriend pillow. It was soft and sturdy, and the belt buckle was perfect. Made it so much easier.

I didn't like the boppy for nursing. I have the honeysuckle breastfeeding pillow. I just checked and the site I got it from (growgrowgrow.com) is out of business. Bummer. I love love this nursing pillow!!!

I liked my Boppy, but I'm totally getting that Simplisse to try on this new baby. It looks like it would be super comfortable.
