I had the fainting problem, too. I got tested for GD 3 times, and same as you I had LOW sugar.

I had gestational diabetes with my last 2 pregnancies and will most likely have it this time as well. It is not so bad or hard to keep control of it. I learned what I could or could not eat as well as how to regulate my blood sugar. The finger pricks are not fun, but not so bad!
Even though I kept good control of my blood sugars last time, my daughter weighed in at 10lbs, 1oz, but as healthy as could be! After she was born, my blood sugars were normal again! Good luck
