If you are looking for an non PUL cover that will fit your little one well you should look into Green Line. It's a one size cover that will work with prefolds or flats you already own or can be used with a Green Line bamboo cotton soaker.

You can see a video here of a GL diaper being put on a small stuffed animal (for reference of a newborn/preemie sized infant)

Here is also a link to a current thread on DiaperSwappers and a mom posted some photos of Green Line on her newborn.

Here are some photos of my daughter in her Green Line's.

With a newborn sized soaker they are perfect for little ones with tiny legs because of the drawstring and cord lock leg adjustability
