I though I was the only one with painful letdown! My mom said it felt like her boobs fell asleep-tingly but not uncomfortable. When it felt like I was lactating battery acid I was worried! Dd is an amazon so I know my tatas are working just fine.

Re: No letdown sensation ... EVER?

I've now been breastfeeding my first for 8 weeks, and I haven't noticed a letdown sensation. I can't tell when I'm empty, either.
