I use Tide ultra powder. They don't typically smell but sometimes they start to after awhile, not sure why since I have soft water, I don't think it's detergent buildup because I rinse pretty well. If I get the faintest hint of a smell I bleach and rinse rinse rinse in hot water until the smell of bleach is gone and I don't see any suds.

In with my DH, crunchy, attached Mama to 4. Homeschooling, long term breastfeeding, CD'ing, babywearing, homebirthing. Could I BE anymore addicted to cloth?!

Just switched to Tide original powder because I was getting stinkies from EcoSprout. So far, no stinkies!!! I use up to the 1 line of the scoop for approx. 2 days worth of diapers.
