recipie for whole grain, healthy bread in bread maker

Does anyone have any recipes that are very healthy, full of whole grans/oats/etc....

Betty crocker has these yummy wheat dinner rolls. My family loves them. They taste like the black eyed pea rolls.

Here is my favorite bread recipe thus far...I also just started using my bread machine and would love to get some more yummy recipes to try!

This is a wheat/white, great for sandwhiches and has a great texture. I actually got it from another Mama on here awhile back...so I'll just keep passing it on!

1 1/4 cup warm water
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup honey
1 T butter or oil
1 T vinegar
2 3/4 cups whole wheat flour (I have always used some white and some wheat flour just to have some great bread that my hubby will also like
1/4 cup wheat gluten
1/4 cup instant dry potato flakes (I have been using potato starch instead... Bob's Red Mill)
1 T active dry yeast

I have one I altered to our tastes and climate (Utah-need a different amount of yeast in most breads) it's 1 c regular all purpose flour and 1.5 whole wheat for a honey whole wheat-reminds me of great harvest-is that enough whole grain for you? I tried whole wheat and it was way too dense for my liking-I need to add something to make it chewy but I don't know what
