I use tommee tippee bottles with my DS and they work well. He has to latch on the bottle like he does on my breast, so for others to feed him it has to be explained, but DH has mastered making him latch so it can be done

Honestly, as long as your baby is taking the bottle and going back to the breast, any is fine. I wouldn't invest in any one bottle type... some babies have a distinct preference- and it's not always for the most "breastfeeding friendly" type!

Ours ended up liking Playtex VentAire the best- the wide mouth of the bottle was similar to the nipple/breast with breastfeeding. We got a few of the Breastflow bottles thinking they would help and she hated them. I think a lot of it is just trial and error.

GL, mama!

Yeah. It will be just trial and error for what works for your baby. My daughter will only take the breastflow. Well would. Now that we introduced her to a sippy she will take anything!

We loved the Tommee Tippee ones too! I had supply issues in the beginning, so we needed something to help him learn to latch. These worked great!

Ditto this! My oldest took dr browns wide bottles, didn't like breastflow or avent. Middle took playtex nurser with drop in once ever. Later he refused that and I never tried any other kind of bottle, just nursed him. Youngest started on playtex nurser and born free (wide) but our LC said his latch and mouth position looked terrible on those. (It did.) He does the best with a narrow nipple - cheapo Gerber "first essentials" or actually he takes the Ross nipples the LC gave me free from the hospital the best of all. The ones they use with the ready to feed formula. I found that pretty ironic for my LC to recommend / but she is da bomb and I trust her! We can now EBF directly from the breast because of her help. Anywho... of course those hospital nipples do not seem to be commercially available, and they are supposed to be "disposable" so there are no caps for over the nipples. They do fit right on the (old 2006) medela bottles, though! They look like latex but the packaging says they are latex-free. Whatever works.....
